It’s about tuning in to God. Through words, music, prayer and other acts of worship, we tune in to God. As we put our heart, mind, and soul into worship,
God forms us together as his family.
It’s about hearing God’s promises. Sometimes promises are revealed and sometimes they
remain a mystery. Whatever the case, we want to leave worship
trusting in God’s presence in our lives day in and day out through
all of life's joys as well as challenges.
It’s about meeting a need. It might be fellowship, solitude, healing, or unity.
Whatever the need, this is the best place to start the journey to meet that need.
It’s about formation. Worship needs to be practical and useful for us to take Christ's message to the world in thought, word, actions, and decisions.
It’s a step toward a more active faith. The local church is a place we are "sent out from" instead of simply a place we "go to".
We are sent out into the world better equipped to serve.
What else? We receive Holy Communion every first Sunday each month and on holy days.
We practice Open Table, so all are welcome to receive.
